What will my shipping cost be?

We have included a Shipping Estimator in our Shopping Cart. Just select the items you want, then enter your Zip Code and select the Shipping Method that serves your location. Click "Update" and the shipping cost will show on your Shopping Cart.
 

Can I use your drying rack outdoors?

The Best Drying Rack is stable and durable enough to be used outside, but it should not be left outside in the weather. The maple hardwood and zinc-coated steel parts offer a degree of weather resistance, but the rack should be brought in after use. Obviously extreme weather conditions may result in damage or tipping, but we trust that you will not be air drying your clothing during storms or high winds. We recommend that you bring your rack indoors when not in use or when rain is expected.
 

How much weight can your rack hold?

We can not give you an exact weight because it depends on how the clothing is hung on the rack. It is fine to hang damp blue jeans, or coats, sweaters, or bedding. Will you ship Gift orders to a different address?

Yes. During the checkout process you can enter both a Shipping Address and a Billing Address. Those two addresses do not need to be the same. Simply enter the address for the gift recipient into the Shipping Address space.
 

Does your rack require any maintenance?

No. Our clothes drying rack is designed to last a long time. You may need to tighten the bolts if they come loose. The wood is pre-finished, but if it starts to gray in a few years you can wipe the wood down with a clear Tung oil and then let it dry for a few days. None of the metal parts require lubrication. Contact us if you have specific questions about your rack.
 

Do you offer replacement parts?

Yes. Our drying rack is fully repairable with common tools. Simply contact us and we will help determine the appropriate part and send you a replacement.
 

Do you sell in any stores in my area?

No. At this time we are only selling the racks through our website. Since we manufacturer the racks ourselves we are able to offer them to you without the large mark up that stores add on to cover their overhead and profit.
 

Are there discounts for wholesale or bulk orders?

We make personalized arrangements for each wholesale or bulk inquiry. Please contact us if you would like to discuss your idea.
 

Do you ship internationally?

Sales to Canada are handled directly through the website's Shopping Cart. For shipments to other countries, please email us your list of items so we can quote the International Mailing cost for you. Note that there is no Guarantee or Warranty on international orders due to the high shipping costs.
 

I saw an antique rack similar to yours. How long have you been making them?
